Vahdam Return Policy?

- Cancellations must be initiated within 4 hours of placing the order or before your order has been shipped, whichever happens first. If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
- Replacements can be requested within a maximum of 5 days from the day of delivery. This is applicable in cases such as receiving a damaged/incorrect/expired product or if an item is missing from the order.
- Returns are not accepted on any products due to reasons such as keeping the carbon footprint in check and the fact that F&B products lose freshness over the course of the return process.
